A Guy called Gerald - An avid live performer with Reason, Gerald will share some of the tips and techniques that keep him going night after night in clubs all over the world.
About Gerald: To connoisseurs of electronic dance music, A Guy Called Gerald has something like a cult status around him. Starting his career in Manchester in 1988, A Guy Called Gerald was part of the spearhead of UK dance music with club hits like Voodoo Ray, an acid tune that is still being played in clubs today.
In the 90s, he started Juicebox records and released a number of pioneering records that helped build the UK Jungle / Breakbeat scene. He now resides in Berlin and is a constantly touring live performer who gets his mojo going with Reason on two laptops, night after night.
Sleepwalker - Hip Hop/ RnB - The producer of "Weck mich auf" shares his beatmaking and production skills in Reason.
About Sleepwalker: Sleepwalker released his first single „Vorsprechtermin“ feat. Hamburg City Allstars, hit the single charts at position 44 and sold already 50.000 copies of his first Album “Sleepwalker bittet zum Vorsprechtermin”.
Next thing was his collaboration with Samy Deluxe: “Weck mich auf”. Position no.4 in the german single charts and no.2 in the charts and a Golden Record for the album. He has produced Panjabi MC, Die Prinzen, Absolute Beginner, D-Flame, Ferris MC, Dendemann, C&C Music Factory and many more. He passes on his musical and personal skills to kids at HipHop Academy Hamburg and stars as an actor in the movie “Dicke Hose!” by Henna Peschel. And, oh man, can he talk!!
