The Producers Conference, Copenhagen, Denmark

Presented by Luthman Scandinavia, MusikerMagasinet, and Digidesign

Anders Glanz

Anders Glanz gave an intense lecture in DigiDesign ProTools and Propellerhead Reason, demonstrating the interaction between the two programs. The audience was amazed with the quality and features in ProTools 7.4, especially the unique “Elastic Audio”.

Jon Bruland

Bass player Jon Bruland played together with one of his compositions created entirely in Reason. This piece of music was used in one of the movies Jon worked on as composer.

Niklas Olovson

Niklas Olovson from Macho Psycho producer team gave a pep talk to all composers and producers, which of course was a large part of the audience here at The Producer Conference in Copenhagen. His keywords were “keep it simple”, “deliver in time” and “use the intuitive tool for the job”; simple but important messages to all the upcoming producers at the show.

Simon Grey

Simon Grey treated the audience to a tour de force of the new features of Reason 4.0, especially the new, magnificent Thor Synth. A big hit amongst the audience was the classic sounds of the new “Abbey Road Keyboards” library. Simon received great applause from the audience after giving a very musical demonstration of how to use Reason as a live instrument.

An enlightened and satisfied audience gave a final applause to all four producers and musicians, MusikerMagasinet, Luthman and The Rhythmic Music Conservatory as co-hosts of the Copenhagen Producer Conference and of course to Propellerhead for making it all possible.
